Total Health Chiropractic :: Chiropractic Assistants

Stacey Robinson  | Assistant Practice Manager

I have always had a passion for helping others, and I can’t think of a better way to be starting my career pathway in health than with the wonderful team here at Total Health Chiropractic.

In June 2014 I graduated from Massey University with a Bachelor of Health Science, Majoring in Rehabilitation. In the hours leading up to my final exam of my degree, I started losing my vision, felt nauseated, and could feel the start of a nasty headache – sure enough it was another migraine. I tried so hard to get rid of it – but as determined as I am, I was not going to give up on study, and I was definitely not going to miss my final exam. Since the age of eight, I have suffered severe migraines and although their symptoms vary from person to person, mine used to take over. For a while I used to get them every day, which took its toll on my studies and social life. I was put on preventative medication two years ago that reduced its frequency but made the symptoms more aggressive. This resulted in being in bed for up to three days opposed to the usual one.

In 2014, I had a car accident, where I sustained a lower back injury. I had chiropractic care once a week, and not only has it helped with alleviating the pain, I have also noticed a huge difference in the frequency and severity of my migraines, as well as my overall functioning. Chiropractic care is more than relieving back problems; it is able to reconnect the communication between your brain and body. It has been nearly a year since my last migraine, and I would highly recommend giving it a go.

I look forward to meeting you, and helping you on your journey to live well and be well. Feel free to approach me in both of our Total Health practices or if you see me out and about, ill try my best to help reassure you or answer any queries you may have.

Alison Eastham | Chiropractic Assistant

For the last four years, I have dedicated my life to teaching others about the importance of a healthy lifestyle, based on good nutrition and vigorous exercise. I have worked in Canada and New Zealand in the health and fitness industry as a coach and personal trainer, and am now pursuing a degree at Massey University in Sport and Exercise.

I lived in Montreal, Canada for seven years where I worked as a chef and personal trainer. I was blessed to work in an environment where I could utilise both skills- training and creating healthy portioned meals for our clients.

I believe the key to wellness is to build a solid foundation by developing good eating habits, learning correct form and using proper technique when training.

It’s a great privilege to work with such an energetic and knowledgeable team at Total Health Chiropractic. I look forward to helping you with your journey to better health.

Jennifer Lee | Chiropractic Assistant

I love interacting and connecting with others and always have had a passion for helping and advocating for others. This has influenced my decision to pursue a degree in Education and Psychology. For me, maintaining a good well being means having sufficient sleep, doing regular exercise, and having a balanced diet. Another vital part of achieving this is having a positive mental attitude. I strongly believe a positive mental attitude will foster self-esteem, happiness, resilience. Achieving this takes continuous effort. So advocating the importance of prioritizing your physical and mental health, and personal development in our communities is one of my goals.

All of this has led me to this wonderful role at Total Health Chiropractic which enables me to engage with our community to be able to support others in a caring atmosphere. I’m so privileged and excited to have the opportunity to work with a wonderful team. I’m looking forward to helping you and sharing your journey towards total health so you can embrace life to the fullest.

Caitlin Wimsett| Chiropractic Assistant

Hi, my name is Caitlin and I am delighted to join the team here at Total Health Chiropractic.

Driven by a passion of interacting and connecting with new people I decided to pursue a career in Communications. I am currently in my second year of my degree at Massey University.

I developed an interest in nutritional support and supplementation due to a variety of auto immune disorders in my immediate family. I am aware we have an individual choice to embrace healthy lifestyles and eating habits. I am interested in being a part of a team that encourages and guides people in making good choices that will benefit their well-being and health outcomes. I look forward to meeting you.
