Training Support – A restorative approach during training to allow the individual to train harder and prevent injury.

Pre-Event- Just before the start of an event, short, stimulating strokes directed to the parts of the body that will be involved in the exertion.

Post-Event – Long even strokes to flush out build up of lactic acid and normalising the body’s tissues.
