Simple and Natural solutions:
- Cook with coconut oil, olive oil (if not cooking at high temperatures), or animal fats
- Dedicate time to preparing meals, and weekly meal plans to buy in bulk
- Use paper bags or glass containers to pack lunches
- Use glass containers for food storage
- Use stainless steel pots and pans for cooking

- Diet consisting of primarily of whole foods, plenty of vegetables, some fruit and high quality animal products
