Chiropractic Assistant
With a previous sports injury affecting my lower back, I’ve struggled with significant everyday pain. Chiropractic care has introduced me to a new way of healing myself, so I can return to the things I love, with those I love.
As a Chiropractic Assistant, I find it most fulfilling to be a friendly face to welcome all clients in, and support them through their journey to reaching their health goals. In addition to my role at Total Health Chiropractic Miramar, I’m studying towards my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Criminology at Victoria University in Wellington.
When I’m not at the practise, I love going to the gym and working out, grabbing a coffee with friends, and reading up on anything to do with psychology and the mind.
